A.H Supplies Scotland – Trade Account Terms & Conditions

1. Account Eligibility
Trade accounts are available to registered businesses, sole traders, and organisations purchasing goods for commercial use. We reserve the right to request proof of business status and to approve or decline applications at our discretion.

2. Account Approval
All applications are subject to review. We aim to process applications within 2–3 working days. Approval of a trade account does not guarantee access to all trade benefits.

3. Trade Benefits
Approved trade customers may receive one or more of the following benefits:

  • A discount of up to 7.5% on products when logged into their account; and/or

  • Access to credit terms (e.g. 30 days from invoice date), subject to status and approval.

Trade benefits are applied at our discretion and may vary between customers.

4. Discount Terms
Where a trade discount is applied:

  • The discount will be automatically applied when logged into the trade account.

  • No other offers, promotions, or discounts may be used in conjunction with trade pricing.

  • Discounts do not apply to delivery charges unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw discounts at any time.

5. Credit Terms (30 Days)
Where credit terms are granted:

  • Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date.

  • Credit limits may be applied and reviewed periodically.

  • Late payments may result in the account being placed on hold and future orders requiring pro forma payment.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw credit terms at any time.

6. Pricing and VAT
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.

7. Orders and Invoicing
Trade orders may be processed on a “pay by invoice” basis. An invoice will be issued following order placement. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details are correct.

8. Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated separately and are not included in any trade discount unless explicitly agreed.

9. Returns and Claims
Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns must be agreed in advance.

10. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a trade account at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these terms

  • Late or non-payment

  • Misuse of trade pricing

11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
